A very distinctive Hui-style hotel, away from the hustle and bustle, very close to Huangshan North Station, no traffic jams. The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, suitable for business vacation and leisure. All three meals can be delivered to the room, the waiters are very patient, although I only ordered a few home-cooked dishes, but the Anhui signature stinky mandarin fish beats the roadside restaurants. Thanks to the housekeeper Ding Yuhong for the warm reception, helping me find and send back the professional trekking poles that were left in the room. Happy Lantern Festival!

The higher the expectations for this hotel, the greater the disappointment. If I could choose again, I would never choose to spend the New Year here. ⭐Advantages: The design of Hanyue Building is very good, with one room and one villa. The outdoor landscape is beautiful. The green in winter is the obsession of northerners. The echo of the maple leaves in the wrong season and the white walls and black tiles. The overall service staff responded quickly. Although it is impossible to provide targeted solutions, but the emotional value is in place. The buffet breakfast tastes good. My daughter likes rice noodles very much. But there are few types of breakfast. There are not many choices. ⭐Disadvantages: The location is far from the city center. The room has no floor heating, no floor heating, no floor heating. Please note!! There is only one air conditioner in the room that is working. It is loud and has poor effect. The interior decoration is rough and not well maintained. The TV and other infrastructure are really old and can only meet basic use. The sound is low and the picture quality is poor. Some faucets, blinds and other items are in disrepair. The screens are not tightly closed, and there is wind and insects flying in when sleeping at night. The so-called outdoor pool is not clean and has scattered leaves, which is basically unusable. The villa wall is dilapidated and has lost the most basic privacy function. I found that many rooms in the park are abandoned after a casual walk. ⭐ Service experience Originally, I drove to Huangshan for the New Year and planned to spend the New Year at Yurun Hanyue Tower. I thought the scenery of the resort with Hui style architecture must be beautiful. So I directly booked Yaoyue Family Private Hot Spring Hui Villa for 2 nights. Because I brought a 2-year-old child, I needed to pay special attention to the room temperature. I called and they said the temperature was fine. But the room was actually very cold. After feedback, they sent an electric heater to the room. I still felt very cold when I was ready to go to bed, and there was wind blowing from all sides. I called the front desk again to communicate and check out one night in advance. This time the service responded quickly and gave a solution quickly. They said we could change to a king-size bed room, but because it was a downgrade of the room type, In the end, we checked out one night in advance and ended the communication. In summary, if you are planning to bring children or northerners or have basic requirements for indoor temperature and facilities, it is really strongly not recommended to stay in this hotel. If you only consider the architecture and scenery, then I think B&B is more cost-effective.

The hotel is very close to Huangshan Golf Course and there is a car for pick-up. Each room has its own door and yard, quiet and private. The lantern hanging on the door is the last name of the person who made the reservation, which is quite unique. The breakfast is also good.

The hotel has a nice landscape, but the indoor facilities are too old. The height of the wash basin is not designed properly, and the distance between the faucet and the bottom of the basin is too small. Although the place is a bit remote, it is easy to call a taxi.

I stayed in the hotel for three days. It was a good place for a vacation. Maybe the room was too big, which resulted in many details of hygiene and facilities not being done well: 1. There were a lot of debris in the outdoor pool, so I specially called the service staff to pick it up and clean it up; 2. The fountain next to the pool was stagnant water, lacked maintenance, and was very dirty; 3. The toilet floor drain smelled, and I filled a bag of water to press it down to block the smell; 4. The floor was not cleaned well, with a lot of water stains and dust in the corners Other things were quite satisfactory, the scenery was great, and the service attitude was good.
