酒店離雲谷索道非常近、對於我們這種體力稍顯不佳的來説非常滿意、酒店位於半山腰、會有專車接送、且酒店管理會提前加微信、提前告知在何處等待接送、酒店服務很好、主動升級了房型、贈送了水果和點心、謝謝！

優點：1、在雲谷索道口，步行五分鐘，方便 2、雖然衹有民宿的水平，但是工作人員絕大部分是熱情的，並且願意聽取意見（雖然不知道會不會改） 3、司機師傅幫我們介紹了價格合理方便的包車（感謝） 4、餐廳味道還行缺點：山裡濕度大，進入酒店就是一股黴味，實話五星是沒有的，管理和各方面設施都是民宿的標準，我們把房間的除濕機一直打開，又開了空調，明顯第二天黴味好很多，也給酒店提出了建議，讓他們在第二天有客人入住的的房間提前一天打開除濕機，讓客人第一感受更好一些。還有就是酒店的餐廳：1、電梯廳的廣告牌顯示17:00營業，第二天爬完黃山回酒店已經飢腸轆轆，期待着晚飯，結果服務員説要17:30。2、第一天入住介紹説早餐是自助，七點開餐，一家五口七點零四分到達餐廳，漆黑漆黑，我們衹能走到廚房門口去喊人，被告知人太少今天沒有自助，拿了一張單子讓點菜，本來想花十分鐘吃完的早餐，變成了40分鐘菜還沒上完，忍無可忍走了，畢竟還想早點去爬黃山。管理很隨意。酒店號稱五星，但確實標語牌顯得很不大方，但是先説了比扯皮好，酒店的位置雖然在山上，但也不是需要挑夫的地方，建議不要那麼小氣，餐廳和物價平價一點，給客人的選擇多一點，體驗感會更好本人一直不太喜歡民宿就是因為民宿的標準太不統一，實在很隨心情。總體入住還是滿意的，山上有些需要克服可以理解，也希望酒店越來越好。温泉是淡季的原因，人很少感覺不錯

房間整潔乾淨，寬敞明亮，輕奢感十足。每個房間都自帶一個小陽台，可以用來觀景。酒店位於黃山後山，離雲谷索道處步行300米即可。酒店有獨立的商務車，負責接送出入酒店至黃山湯口肯德基處。酒店服務人員態度非常好，管家式服務。

酒店位置很好，在黃山半山腰上，離雲谷索道步行三分鐘。入住和離店會有司機來山腳下湯口鎮接，就免去自己坐黃山景區大巴這趟的排隊擁堵。酒店整體環境和設計都非常的優美，房間設施很好，比較簡約又輕奢高級的風格，我和朋友都非常喜歡，床很舒服，洗手枱衞生間和淋浴間是分開的，都很好用。贈送的下午茶精美豐富，在大堂茶吧坐一會兒都是安靜的享受。房間內迷你吧每天東西都會添放。温泉區也非常漂亮，有室內有室外，室外雖然不大，但環境綠化很好，就像在森林裏泡温泉一樣。前台客服小姐姐很熱情，主動幫我們聯繫接駁車，給我們講解最省時省力的黃山路線以及各種提醒，非常滿意的酒店。

很滿意的，酒店在黃山山腰，到雲谷索道步行五分鐘，早上吃過早飯到索道排隊時間剛好，下山時也會有酒店接駁車來接回酒店，減少步行街不會很累，酒店內部面積大，還有陽台，陽台上風景獨好，硬件設施很好，必須推薦。

酒店離雲谷索道非常近，作為我們懶人爬黃山的中轉站很合適，微信管家很靠譜，提前讓我們把行李寄存在南門中轉站，有專人幫我們拉上去，並提供了很好的路線和建議！！酒店的晚餐味道不錯，晚上小朋友還體驗了一把温泉。唯一不足的是，前台沒有告知下山需要提前1小時預約酒店的接駁車，我們提前半小時跟前台説的，結果不巧車剛走，下一班要1小時後了，有點耽誤時間了。Anyway，綜合來看酒店性價比不錯，已推薦給鄰居！！

酒店樓底比較低稍微有點壓抑，也看得出來硬件有點年月了，但是其他方面都很卷。床品很厚實舒服，備品也是知名品牌，贈送了迷你吧小零食還有水果和下午茶，還有免費接送和行李運送服務。所有查詢微信響應都很及時。早起爬山沒有在酒店吃早餐，但是晚餐點的兩個菜都挺不錯的。離雲谷索道很近，前一晚入住，第二天雲谷上玉屏下可以有效錯峯。

酒店很不錯，地理位置優越，乘坐纜車很方便，走路5分鐘就到。整體環境也非常漂亮，晚上還能看星星，觀景平台拍照也很好看。還有温泉可以泡，舒服。酒店的接站服務也不錯，商務車接，從湯口鎮20多分鐘就到酒店。
