The hotel is decorated with a great atmosphere, and there are small gifts for guests who check in. There are also activities in the lobby with hotel staff leading the children, which makes the children very happy. Xiao Luo at the front desk was very considerate and asked where to go. The lobby manager was enthusiastic and professional and recommended the best route. We went to the attractions we wanted to visit, saved time, and didn't have to get stuck in traffic. This is the second time I choose to live here. I came here during the Chinese New Year last year and this year I went back to my hometown to celebrate the New Year. I chose to live here. The environment is very good and the room is great. I would like to praise the young lady and the male manager who checked us in on the evening of the 27th. Both of them were very polite. The young lady was very gentle and had a sweet smile. Ms. Wang was also very nice when checking out. My husband also said that the service at the front desk this year was much better than last year. Our reservation did not include breakfast, but the front desk told us that we could have breakfast in the past two years. I guess it was because it was Chinese New Year and it was not convenient to eat, so they arranged breakfast for us, which was great. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough. All in all it's great, I will choose to live here again when I come back next year.

住過好幾次，環境沒話説，有山有水，像個大莊園，酒店服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，窗外就能看到大草坪，美美噠

酒店的環境挺好的，遠離喧囂，非常適合度假放鬆。正門右手邊草坪有個小滑滑梯、鞦韆，園區裏面有萌寵樂園，在裏面看見了鹿和孔雀！我是自駕游來這邊，有車是方便的。這邊沒有商圈，點外賣不太方便，但是酒店在太平湖鎮邊，去鎮上開車五分鐘，就有很多特色土菜館，價格公道，味道還挺好的。意外的還在酒店裡看到了煙花！以後來太平湖還會選擇這裏的！

酒店位置優越交通便利，酒店出門左轉就能上高速，到太平湖特別近，到黃山、西遞、宏村車程都不算太遠，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。餐廳服務都很好，很主動，很熱情，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。入住期間剛好的國慶，酒店做了很多有意思的小活動，還在酒店體驗了一把非遺手工漆扇製作！！！綜合體非常滿意！

每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊。最主要的是乾淨衞生！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！國慶期間酒店白天和晚上都有活動，白天有非遺漆扇製作、手繪石膏娃娃，非常適合有娃的家庭，休息日來住個一兩天，放鬆下自己。晚上酒店放了超大的煙花，很震撼很漂亮，還有户外草坪電影，感覺像是回到了小的時候，下次有機會肯定還會再來。
