Floral Lux Hotel · One valley and one villa Hotel (South Gate store of Huangshan Scenic Area)

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hosts helped us plan our day in the Yellow Mountains and offered transportation to and from town multiple times. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Within walking distance to Emerald Valley as well. Highly recommend!

The host was extremely friendly, helpful and patiently explained to us the suggested routes to visit Huangshan including foul weather options. She also helped us to reserve all the necessary tickets through WeChat to ensure we would have no issue getting up to the mountain. The host would also provide free transportation to nearby scenic area such as the Nine-Dragon waterfall (九龙瀑).👍

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are fantastic. We were dealing with a difficult personal situation during our stay and the hotel were super accommodating and flexible. We had a wonderfully relaxing time despite the circumstances and I don't think that would've been the case if we had stayed anywhere else. In fact this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, super comfortable and extremely clean, beautiful facilities and the design is just wonderful, and VIP treatment from start to finish. They obviously care tremendously about making their guests welcome and comfortable and you really really feel it. It would be impossible to have a bad experience if you stay here. They will do everything to make sure you feel looked after. A+++

The stay here was awesome! The room is super spacious and clean. However the most important thing we enjoyed was the Lady Boss friendliness and how she shared information on Huangshan hiking guide. No doubt here is a bit further in, but they provide free transport to Huangshan scenic area, you just need to contact them in advance and they can arrange transport to fetch you from a very centralised location (tang kou jie)! Also she gave us some farewell goodies! Thank you and overall will recommend to stay here!

I highly recommend this place! The owner and everyone at this hotel is very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, people were so helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the different routes to Huangshan. They also will drive you to the town/entrance to Huangshan for a low rate. They also have breakfast and dinners available at the hotel if you choose to eat there. Anyway, the room was very comfortable and I would definitely want to come back!

We enjoyed a lot our visit. Smart design in rooms and common spaces, very nice staff, and delicious local food. We will surely repeat the visit
