Huangshan Hotels with Airport pickup service

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! The hotel public area has a lot of social areas around the waterscape, whispering seats, sitting on the wall, thinking about chairs, gathering people to talk, etc. There are all kinds of artworks on both sides of the corridor. Are those three balls very similar to Sanya Park Hyatt? The hotel hardware and software is indeed No.1 in Huangshan area, it is worth checking in! The restaurant’s products are good, the price is slightly more expensive, and it is very comfortable with mountain and lake views...

The landlord was very welcoming and helped to carry the luggage to the third floor. The meal was on the first floor. The hostess cooked delicious food and provided breakfast. The room was made of solid wood, environmentally friendly, clean and hygienic, and the toiletries provided were also very good. It provides pick-up and drop-off service to Huangshan, and the environment is very good. It is much more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after coming down from Huangshan at night. There are other places to play around, and there is a camp opposite where children can play. We didn't play more because the children were not feeling well. We will come again next time if we have the chance.

Secondly, we were upgraded to Building 3 with better conditions for free before check-in. Then the hotel has its own golf course, which covers a large area. It feels like walking in a forest park when you get up in the morning. Finally, the front desk clerk Xiaoxi and Xiaoba are warm and thoughtful, and they also gave our children a cute plush toy before leaving.

The location is easy to find. After climbing Huangshan Mountain, walk two steps under Tangkou Bridge and you will arrive. The overall environment of the hotel is good, and the decoration style is also very good. The hotel facilities are very complete, including self-service washing machines, swimming pools, sales areas, etc. The room has floor heating, which is also very comfortable in winter, and the bed is very comfortable! There is also a coffee machine, and it is also great to wake up with two cups of coffee. Book a room and get two hot spring coupons, an open-air hot spring, which is relatively small in scale, and the experience is OK. The hot spring is also open in the off-season, and it is quite good. There are few people and it is comfortable to soak ~ After going down the lobby, you can eat and drink, and the price is OK.

I come to Huangshan almost every month and stay at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel as always. The uncle at the door enthusiastically helped with my luggage. The ladies at the front desk were all enthusiastic. I caught a cold during my stay this time and was well taken care of. I was particularly impressed by the six guests. Ms. Wu Changnv, the room service manager on the floor, and one of her colleagues inquired about their physical condition many times, replenished mineral water in time, and gave ginger soup. Although the room is not big, the facilities are quite complete. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I found that the thick toilet seat for home use was given. I hope the store will do a good job of disinfection instead of reusing it. There is a sunken booth in the hotel lobby, which is very trendy in design. The restaurant is also more authentic Western style. The breakfast is really good with many varieties. A mini bar and six bottles of sweet water were given in the room. Surprise! Overall it is good, I will stay again next time!

Definitely one of the most impressive homestays I’ve stayed in China - it actually looked better in real life than in photos, which is quite rare. The homestay offers 24 concierge and free pick up from huangshan north station, which was very helpful. I managed to get to know 胡师傅from there who subsequently became my driver for the next few days as I toured around huangshan. 胡师傅 is very helpful and even bought some better known烧饼as a treat for us. He was very responsive over WeChat. The interior of the homestay is super impressive! Love the modern and antiquated touch. The hotel is housed in the old street but the interior is so tastefully decorated with a modern touch with high quality appliances. The hair dryer was so powerful it could serve as an iron for my wet clothes. The amenities provided were also of high quality, the internal built - like the taps, shower etc were also good brands and of good quality. Classy. Breakfast was served down the road and the food was decent. Staffs were also very helpful and offered to take photos for us in the hotel. We also got free tickets for 齐云山 as part of our stay. Location was superb and smacked in the middle of the old town. Highly recommended!

For me and my family, this hotel is outstanding. Beyond our expectation. Nothing i would complaint about. The front desk staff are super professional. They have help me and my family a lot. They should get more attention from the management for their good job. All are perfect. For sure i would come and stay again in this hotel.
