Spa Hotels in Huangshan

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

Perfect stay in this amazing mountain. The hotel is well located. Staff is really available to make the stay comfortable. Hotel has all services you need, you forget that you are on the top of a mountain with no access by road. Good job to all people who carry all the stuff on their strong shoulders ! Room was clean, very confortable bed. On the morning the hotel organize a sunrise tour and you have a special jacket in your room as it is quite cold in the morning. The food is great with plenty of delicious choices. I highly recommend.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

It can be seen that it used to be a good-sized hotel. The quadruple room was quite large. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t seem to work. The temperature was low and there was no air conditioning. I had to open the window all night to ventilate. Fortunately, it rained on the day of check-in. The temperature is slightly lower. If it is a hot day, it should be very crazy. In addition, the smell of the drainage hole is also very heavy. This may be a common problem encountered by the old hotel. The only thing is that the price is acceptable, and then it is close to Tunxi Old Street!

Location is excellent. Around the corner is Tunxi Old Street and Liyang Food Street is about a 10 min walk. The hotel is very old. The lobby is the only part of the building that has been renovated. The elevator and carpets leading to the guest rooms are old, stained, and very dirty. The room size is average, but very dusty. You can see the dust hanging from the walls. The room smelled smokey and poorly sound proofed. You can hear the neighbors all night. The bathroom smelled musky and there are urine stains on the toilet seat. Even though location is great, I would choose another hotel next time.

The staff was amazing, the nicest I've had in China and some of the best I've met anywhere around the world. They called in a guy who had good English when I arrived, upgraded my rooms, marked on the map which parts of the park are closed and the route they'd recommend me to take and even gave me a rain coat, since the weather was bad. They made my stay really special! The hotel itself is very nice as well, with a very traditional Chinese vibe. The location is perfect, 2-3 minutes walk to the entrance of Huangshan Scenic Area. There's also a convenience store and restaurant right downstairs, and a larger shopping street nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!

The overall service of this stay was good. I didn't want to comment on some details, but I was a little disappointed with the shower in the morning. The shower water was hot and cold in the morning, which caused a headache in the afternoon on the mountain. It might be that I caught a cold after taking a shower in the morning. First of all, the quilt cover was already torn like this but was still in use. At first, I saw a few small holes in the sheets but didn't say anything or take pictures. Later, I found that there were cigarette ashes in the bathroom. The room that just checked in was the last batch of guests. You should collect the unused rolls of toilet paper if you don't want to throw them away. At least give us a whole roll. The attitude of the front desk staff who checked in the night before was very good, but the attitude of the staff who checked out in the morning was not so good. I told her that my room card was not in the pocket in the room, but she asked the waiter to find it. She said you can go up and find it yourself and her face was on the face. Later, it was in my pocket and the phone were combined. Except for this employee, the attitudes of other employees were very good.

The hotel is pretty close to to south gate where is found convenient to enter the scenic area of huangshan in early next day morning . But the flooring carpet of the hotel looks a bit dirty despite it says it recently was rennovated. Hair is found in the washing basin and the water outlet in the toilet. The breakfast so far so good. Overall, It is still one of the choice if you arrive late to huangshan but prepare to enter the scenic area next day.

The child is about to start school, and there is no time to travel during the summer vacation. It is more than 4 kilometers away from Tunxi Old Street. The hotel has free parking spaces. It was only booked in the afternoon of the check-in day. Our group of 3 adults plus a baby. The family room is really good.

Dry cleaning rooms, SPA and other facilities are all available to meet the needs of different guests. In particular, the dry cleaning room allows customers to wash their clothes after climbing the mountain or playing rafting. In general, the service, hygiene, environment and facilities of this hotel are satisfactory. I will recommend it to my friends and family without hesitation, and I hope I will have the opportunity to visit again.
