Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Check in service was great upon arriving. They will give a large printed map and advise the route to take according to your preference. They added us on WeChat to update on all services available and sunrise info. Room was clean and signage saying tap water is portable from Huangshan spring. Boba tea's tapioca balls were powdery. Resources are difficult to carry up so maybe they served us overnight pearls. Food was not cheap but understandable. Breakfast was good with the traditional buns and soy bean drink etc. There is a walkway connected to the main building from the 2nd floor of blk B. Sunrise location changed to about 40min walk (one way) in Dec so it was steps and steps again on the second day morning but it's all worth it. Best communication from the helpful staff (in Chinese)

This is the best, reasonably priced hotel on the mountain. The service was excellent especially when we arrived and asked for double bed not two singles, they provided water while we waited 15mins. The dinner and breakfast had a lot of choices, it was tasty and so we would recommend booking with both dinner and breakfast included. Building A is the one to book if you can, building B is a 5 minute walk downhill. The rooms are tired but comfortable and they provide a foot bath to soak your tired legs and down jackets to wear to view sunrise and sunset. It is close to the highest point on the mountain so there is a lot of walking uphill to get there, but the position is the good for the other walks. Special thanks to 书琳 for making us feel very welcome.

We had an absolutely delightful experience during our stay at this Airbnb! The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. As cat lover myself, I was thrilled to be accompanied by their three adorable cats, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. The room was clean, neatly organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. What made our departure even more special was the thoughtful gesture of packing breakfast for us on the day we had to catch an early train. The convenience of having access to drivers associated with the Airbnb made exploring nearby townships a breeze. This thoughtful amenity significantly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Should I find myself back in Huangshan, there is no doubt that I would choose to stay here again. Located at a very convenient location for our climb to 天都山. The coordinator Xu was really nice, helpful and informative. Introduced us to a good sunrise spot and even offered to help us move our luggage if we were checking out late(though we didn't need it in the end)! Service staff is professional and friendly but with limitations as compared to the other hotel we stayed up in the mountains. Just a little hopeful for more food options in the area so that we are not forced to eat buffet with our small stomach.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

The landlord was very welcoming and helped to carry the luggage to the third floor. The meal was on the first floor. The hostess cooked delicious food and provided breakfast. The room was made of solid wood, environmentally friendly, clean and hygienic, and the toiletries provided were also very good. It provides pick-up and drop-off service to Huangshan, and the environment is very good. It is much more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after coming down from Huangshan at night. There are other places to play around, and there is a camp opposite where children can play. We didn't play more because the children were not feeling well. We will come again next time if we have the chance.

Great hotel and very convinient t if you have a tour booked to visit the mountain because is the pick up location for most of tours. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very complete with many options.
