賓館房間裝修時尚，傢俱的佈置很合理，插座特別多，床足夠大，睡着很舒服。前台的工作人員和保安以及保潔人員也都很熱情。缺點是窗户的玻璃不隔音，停車不太方便。建議住不臨街的房間，這樣就比較安靜了。過馬路就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩樂都很方便。

酒店整體環境不錯，安靜，安全也乾淨衞生，唯一不太滿意的就是浴室下水道堵塞嚴重，洗澡後水直接漫出到外面的區域，希望加強管理！

出差路過黃石就決定住一晚 在服務區用攜程搜到這家酒店 提前打了電話溝通確認 到店之後一直推銷貴的房間 説妙善因為白天日曬所以很熱然後一直推銷貴的房間 由於衹是出差路過所以要求不高就沒有接受前台的推銷 然後就感覺前台不開心了 上來之後剛開始空調吹的還是冷風 後來就變成了熱風 期間沒有動過 190一晚的房間 連基本的空調製冷都做不到 最後熱的實在是沒辦法 找前台要了風扇 保安大叔幫忙拿了上來 （該説不説 保安大叔真的很好 還幫忙拿行李找車位）然後這一晚上我就是又熱又吵的睡着的 第一次在攜程給差評 這次真的噁心到我了 還是那句話 190一晚的空調連製冷都做不到 麻煩在我給你們打電話的時候就説清楚 真是把人騙進來再宰 我以為一個酒店房間價格的高低是體現在房間的大小和服務的細緻程度 沒想到在這家酒店是體現在空調上 50一晚的招待所都比這空調涼 好傢伙我以為五度的空調會把我冷醒 沒想到是多次熱醒

服務態度挺好，房間也算整潔，就是隔音效果太差，隔壁小年輕們不知是打牌還是幹啥，吵到半夜！還有熱水也不太熱🥵
