不管是同程還是攜程這第一次給酒店差評，本來過年回老家為了開車不那麼累中途休息一晚才訂的酒店，晚上10點入住後發現床上有根毛髮和許多類似衣服上的纖維，想着衹住一晚第二天一大早就退房的也就沒計較那麼多，結果第二天退房上高速之後酒店打電話説我給他床單弄上血了要扣我50按金。當時前台就被我懟得説不出話直接掛我電話。後面按金退了70扣了30我直接找攜程客服給我追回來了。別説你酒店房間衞生差，就是你酒店房間衞生再好**也要投訴，媽的房費裏面本來就包含了清洗打掃這些費用的你***還要扣我按金，**就是不慣着你這臭毛病

設施：設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務很好，周邊環境好晚上很多人散步跳舞，而且旁邊有幾家飯館的菜很好吃，下次去華容還會選擇。
