Great location and friendly staff. Booking through trip.com made it a simple process. The “room with a view” turned out to be a view of the people queuing up for a group tour all throughout the day just outside... Gotta use the curtains for privacy, and for keeping the heat in. Breakfast is very subpar, however. The only decent restaurant available during my stay (Chinese New Year) was the KFC.

This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. She also upgraded me to a superior king-size bed room for free. There is a guest room with a return tour route. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of Huayin City and is not far from anywhere. In addition to these, I need to thank the hotel a little bit! Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Really glad booked this hotel — the room is very clean and spacious. Located inside of a holiday compound, facing a beautiful looking lake. It sets back from the main road so it is very quiet in the night. Free shuttle service to the train station and the Hua mountain tourist centre. Will stay again next time.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Huashan North Station. The room was very clean and the Magnolia layout was very beautiful and elegant. There are even disposable face towels, so intimate. The mattress is soft, the air conditioner is very warm, and the room booked by 8 o'clock is also delivered for breakfast. The steamed dumplings are delicious! The restaurant environment is very good 🥰 The front desk staff is very patient and gentle, and I will stay here next time!

The hotel is full of martial arts style design from inside to outside. I like it. I chose to stay here for this reason. The hotel is clean, chivalrous and elegant. The hotel provides free pick-up service, haha. The hotel has a restaurant that can meet three meals a day, as well as a tea room, and a store and supermarket with Huashan themed products and food, which is very convenient.

The environment is good and the service is pretty good. It's just that it was a little early and a little cold when we went there. The restaurant's outdoor barbecue set meal is also quite cost-effective. The overall experience is very good.

The hotel room is nice, the free parking lot is good, the sanitary conditions are basically satisfactory, the hot water is quite large, it is very comfortable to take a shower after climbing Huashan, the service is thoughtful, the hotel is not far from Huashan Visitor Center, the hotel also arranges free pick-up, which is very convenient, the breakfast is basically enough, there is a Shenxian Douhuazhuang restaurant not far away, which is not bad, the shortcomings are that the road after leaving the hotel needs to be improved

Outstanding. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but here it is well justified. The location is perfect if you want to hike up the mountain, the gate is only a short walk from the hotel. I have to mention the staff who went out of their way to make my trip as pleasant as possible. They seriously went out of their way, and even brought me to the train station for free. The room was much bigger than I had expected, very modern and had all the amenities you could want for a trip like this. I can’t recommend this place enough and would certainly stay here again!

I am a foreign guest and they are able to register me. Stayed one night in a Double bedroom with toilet. The room is clean and toilet is well equipped with good shampoo and shower gel. The hot water works fine in evening but there was no hot water in the morning. Some room located facing main road so if light sleeper it could be noisy but I was OK. Plenty of restaurants next door and a convenient store too. Bus to train station passes in front of hotel or ulyou can book a private car from hotel for RMB20.
