Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

Pros: Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa. Cons: Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels). Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.
