酒店總體挺不錯的。性價比高，乾淨衞生，設施也比較新，還不錯。來跑馬拉松，離起點近。各方面都很合適。布草也講究，很愉快的一次入住體驗！

我先後被迫查看過8211825582408245四間房間。我在入住前就在網上預訂平台和酒店前台都説明過我的住房需求，需要一間無煙的安靜房間。入住開始酒店前台幾次調整看房暴露了他們的不專業以及酒店設施和建築的不安全性，這是酒店失職造成，由於他們對酒店的房間瞭解不清的情況下，就去對接我的需要並要我自行查看沒有盡職，且我住的房間8245房間裏的座機也無法使用，對此前台不予修理，不接受座機聯繫事情，要求我和她個人加微信聯繫，我多次因為住**情及調整不合理不合我預訂的房間自行且攜帶提着行李上下樓梯找人解決，給我造成不便和負重及損失。前台以酒店名義代買華山票後又要加我微信時告知是她自己微信收費買票，我認為不妥，因為房間座機無法聯繫，前台人自己加我微信，並要使用自己微信代買票並用微信收費，我認為不妥，當時在付款寶付給前台人費用共430元，後馬上告知不需她代買要求退費並刪除微信聯繫。至今還有310元未原路退回。我所住房間設施不齊全，沒有電視沒有座機電話沒有洗漱用品。前台沒有留人在崗，擅離職守。我聯繫不到前台人員。且她們在入住時沒有在我要求下暢通房間電話座機使用。在入住期間我有物品丟失又被找到的情況很蹊蹺。我個人使用的行李箱和護理用品也受到嚴重損壞導致無法正常使用及身體的傷害。我入住開始就講明無需送換洗清潔打掃事項，酒店記錄同意，房間也是我一人使用，並無他人進入。我外出時和在酒店期間出現房間裏存放物品受損，公安部門應該給予調查核實。對於我有物品有一段時間不在我處的事情也應予調查核實經過。建議相關方及時報送當地公安，及早作現場核查證實經過。

酒店門頭很醒目，酒店風格喜歡，商務簡單大氣，位置特別好找，離高鐵站走路20分鐘左右，打車就5分鐘左右，房間設施設備齊全，特別是床很舒適，前台服務態度很好，很熱情，房間衞生乾淨，周邊吃喝玩樂方便，離華山特別近。環境舒適。值得推薦的入住！

房間很好，套房，我們五口都能住開，衹是衞浴的洗澡間有上一次住客的頭髮，這個太不衞生了，讓人不舒服，還有衞生間的毛巾浴巾該換了吧，實在是太節約了
