真的是特別熱情，包接包送，住在這裏，很有温馨的感覺，去江邊玩也很方便，出門就是江邊，下次和朋友一起過來繼續入住。

老闆熱情到停車場接客人，小高速後和老闆聯繫，用小電動車接送客人和行李。望江樓房間裏面設施不錯，乾淨衞生。酒店位置好，到江邊走步幾分鐘非常方便。酒店沒有電梯，自駕者入住前最好減少攜帶的行李，不用的放在車裡。

核心區的老樓，滿滿的歷史文化，陽台上清水江在此逗留，正對翠翠島。唯一的缺憾也是我的錯，擔心吵，要的江景房，誰知道古鎮夜裡的人全在水邊碼頭上，各家店都於十點半安靜了。有一夥熱情的遊客，在大樹下吹牛，直到三點多。

由於本身住宿的地方出現問題，半夜給老闆打電話，當晚沒有房間衹能第二天入住，但老闆大哥人很好！親自幫我打電話問別的客棧，親自來接我，送我，第二天還把行李幫我直接拿進房間！衹要我一個電話，不管在哪，老闆大哥都會接我回客棧！服務太棒了！房間也很乾凈！就連奶茶店的老闆都説望江樓是這邊評價最好的客棧！位置也很優越！

房子是原始樓，內部設施環境比較乾淨，進門被老闆放在茶几的＜邊城＞所吸引，可惜不是江景樓，四百多的價位在邊城還是有點小貴的，但老闆人很好，入住挺愉快。

設施：一般般，主要是空調不暖和，雖説店老闆提前開了空調，但仍然沒有啥效果，一晚上沒睡暖和！

邊城是幾代人的情懷，入住望江樓，老闆貼心地在房間放了一本《邊城》。邊城不大，所以清凈，特殊的三省交界地理位置很誘惑人。客棧房間內景如介紹圖片，全新裝修，新中式風格，衞浴現代，這應該是茶峒古鎮裏最新穎最乾淨的酒店了吧。老闆以前在廣東做物業管理，帶回來了現代的管理理念，酒店很乾凈衞生，老闆性格温和細緻，從親自來門口接送行李開始，到全程對古鎮歷史娓娓道來，甚至還邊走邊聊把我們送到江邊景點。讓我也忍不住多停留一天了。三省交界的地理位置也彙集各地瘴氣，有個上過電視的飯店宰客嚇人，而望江樓是茶桐的一股清流，住得放心踏實。
