Baymont by Wyndham Huber Heights Dayton

3 families stayed for a soccer tournament. One room was dirty (hair on bedsheets & dirty towels hung in bathroom). One room had large areas of blood on the carpet. One room had only hand & wash cloth towels. Not sure there is a cleaning crew nor does anyone pre-checks rooms before assigned. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Property was run down. The room was ok appearing but very dirty. The beds were made but it didn’t look like sheets had been changed. Hair and multiple dirty marks on sheets. Towels appeared like fresh dirt but were hung. Didn’t look like they were cleaned but just placed back on rack. Hair in shower and very dirty. I checked in and checked out 15 min later.

I was there for less than 10 minutes and was greeted by NOT a cricket on the nightstand, double checked with Google lens to verify that it was what I thought it was, went to get my money back and leave immediately.

The hotel and employees were fine. The issue was all the pot being smoked by other rooms made the whole place stink.

Disgusting, do not stay, dirty and falling apart the room was in shambles. it should be removed from service. you have a lot of nerve asking me to sign a non smoking waiver when the room is riddle with cigarette burns. the outlet by the bed didnt function. mold on the ceiling. lamp near bed the receptacle in it was broke with wires exposed. the door jam waa broken and in room interfering with door operation, sheets were yellowing and stained, paint spatters everywhere, whole hotel end to end is faling apart. look at floor/door when elevator stops. i could go on.

HOTEL FROM HELL !!!! THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $300.00 FOR NOTHING!!!! THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EVER…the bathroom had corroded faucets, the shampoo , etc were EMPTY! The AIR Conditioner DID NOT WORK!!! The walls had three layers of paint where there use to be something , screws coming out of the walls, sheet would not stay on bed, curtain did not fit the window. Light switches did not work. ROOM SMELLED STALE, like an old smoking room!!! Phone did not work to call front desk ! At check out we were told that room wasn’t supposed to be rented! CHECKED OUT TODAY AT 8:00am, STILL ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND STILL!!!! NO MANAGER HAS CONTACTED ME! DO NOT GO HERE!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE. I GOTTA CALL ATTY GENERAL !!!
