Disappointing experience from start to finish at hotel Cubix. Wanted to share this as other travelers should be aware. Service is a big let down. The property seems new. The food ordered is pathetic here. At 11:30 pm I heard the room open and saw 4 of their staff entering without knocking the door. When questioned they gave a lame excuse of searching for the remote. At 11:45 pm got a call that there won’t be a buffet and it will be room service for breakfast. When in the morning I called they said you need to come to the hall. When we arrived we were told no buffet today and it will be sent to the room. No proper coordination what so ever be it the entire team. This is one placed I ticked off as a BIG NO I do hope the hotel will take heed to our comments to improve future experiences.

Hotel rooms look great & comfortable but worst service to the core. 209 room no. No tv, no wifi, stayed for 2 days. No drinking water. After several requests next day evening water provided, request to clean the room not cleaned for 2 days. No towel changed. Having an unprofessional team.

It is well constructed and well designed hotel with all necessary amenities. It is located in a decent location in the city too. But, it is managed so unprofessionally and the people in the reception and restaurants are too raw and does not seem to be experienced in hotel management. Though the breakfast was complementary, the spread was very limited and very cold . No one was there is assist the guests.

Hotel room was good, but staff and house keeping service was not good at all. Breakfast served was not fresh an d items were too less with little quantity. And we had to wait for 15 mins to get the breakfast as it was not ready when we reached hotel restaurant.
