The property and location is good. Food was excellent. The service I felt needed improvement. May be they were not able to handle extra crowd due to holidays.

Poor air conditioning, un trained staff, rooms in bad condition, furniture broken, don't ever select this hotel.. fern is just namesake. Don't ever stay here, very bad experience

House keeping was good & cooperative.
Room service wasn't upto expectations.
Restaurant staff was quite good.
Reception needs to spruce up.

I checked out of the hotel at night bcus the room AC was not working at all.. I changed 2 rooms before moving out of the hotel... the hotel is old and dirty as if no one has stayed there for ages... the elevators don't work.. the intercom dosnt work. they offered a suite room.. the intercom of the suite was not working. bedroom AC not working.
to add further, my wife was dehydrated after a 500km drive and we had this AC issue which was not resolved. the maintained guy came chked and said I vl get the ladder and he never returned back...

The property and rooms are decent. Toilet and shower enclosure are small. The door does not work. We had to call for help to lock the door. Breakfast was decent. There is scope for improvement.

They do not have a restaurant. For lunch we went and waited for about 45 minutes to get lunch. lunch ordered and received was different. AC did not work st all zt night. Since we were tired we slept with fan on and Azc effect was practically zero. Next time I will not choose this hotel.
