The room was clean and quite fresh with a nice interior. Unfortunately, when I booked I did not see that the bathroom was shared, pay attention to this. Although it seemed to me that for this amount the bathtub is usually located in the room.
The toilet is combined with a shower, 2 shared toilets per floor. Hot water can run out, I caught this moment in the morning. Good location, kind hostess, she allowed us to leave our things until the evening after check-out. A great place to stay for a short time.

It is on the second floor of a private house. The room was wider and cleaner than I expected for a homestay. It was close to the castle and I could see the night view and walk to the accommodation in about 15 minutes. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The owner is very kind. My friend was sick and the owner took care of me by taking her to buy medicine for her. The room had a shared bathroom but it was clean.

You can stay for a couple of nights, shower and toilet on the floor, but it is not a problem, as there are three rooms (empty when I was there) and two toilets with a shower. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the Citadel. But the place is not a tourist one, tourists settle on the other side of the river. The price on Trip com is higher than on others. I paid 300,000. It is expensive for this room. The owner is a nice nice woman, she helped with a ticket to Hoi An. Overall, everything is good!
