Hue Melia Vinpearl is a splendid first class hotel offering tourists and visitors a outstanding comfort and a touch of luxury. The front of house staff were very helpful and attentive. Very friendly and approachable.
We had dinner in the Alma restaurant on the 33rd floor and the views are breathtaking. The decor and ambience so warm and relaxing and inviting. Had a first dinner and service was great.
Breakfast options and quality of food is brilliant. Excellent coffee options, freshly made omlettes, pancakes and much more. The are very helpful and catered to all our needs. We wree greeted warmly and welcomed wherever we went in the hotel. The staff are all amazing.
Having stayed in many different hotels in different cities across Vietnam and Asia I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences 🙌🏽.

The service here is very good. They treat their guests like VIP and go out of their way to serve. The view from the hotel is really nice too.

Location is good and room is clean, however the soundproofing is bad and door lock is no power to wait for reception open the door.

Quite an average hotel that looks nice, also the room on the 10th floor had a lot of loud noise at night I think from nearby construction so it was quite difficult to sleep. It has a Starbucks in the lobby which is quite expensive, the staff were mostly friendly, the gym is good and well equipped also the pool is good stayed in better places in Vietnam but was ok

Fantastic service, location and rooms. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the 33rd floor were excellent. The hotel personnel was incredibly helpful providing recommendations of what to see. The spa services and massage were also excellent. Everything was top notch! I would happily stay again and recommend all my friends to go there!

I guess this is the tallest building in the city as I could always spot it from afar. The room was comfortable and looked new. Amenities such as gym and pool were available too. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and some of the food rotates day to day. It is also conveniently located, with eateries and mart within walking distance. Recommended to stay here.

Awesome stay at Melia Hue. Perfect location. The interior, service and amenities all feels high end. It’s a surprise to find such a nice hotel in small town like Hue. Definitely high CP. it’s also the tallest building in Hue, guaranteeing great views in all rooms.
There is a mall attached to the hotel with supermarket inside. Ask the front desk for eateries recommendations. And definitely get the buffet breakfast as it’s really good.
