The room is fine for a very short stay. However, the room I received wasn't quite the same as the one shown in the pictures. Mine didn't have a window facing outside—instead, it looked out into the hallway. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, likely due to drainage and ventilation issues, so it's best to keep the door closed.

Жили тут 5 ночей. Расположен в центре города, рядом со старым городом, на первом этаже довольно популярное кафе (очень много курят). заселили сразу. Просторный номер на 4 этаже, без окон (и слава богу, так тише), есть кондиционер, чайник, холодильник, тв. Две бутылки воды, розеток достаточно. Дают шампунь, гель, жидкое мыло, зубные щётки с пастой.
Уборка странная: нам не особо была нужна, но было любопытно. Итого поняли так, что по утрам приходит тетка, заведующая полотенцами и ее надо ловить. Мы ее ловить не успевали, но когда мы каждый день выходили, нас спрашивали, нужна ли уборка. Мы отвечали, что нужно сменить полотенца и вынести мусор, и они просто вешали нам на ручку двери пакет с запасной туалетной бумагой, водой и полотенцами.
Завтрак с 7, но когда мы пришли в это время, нам сказали, что стафф не пришел и на завтрак лапша и яйца. Заварили лапшу из банки, сверху яйцо, ну хоть кофе из кофемашины.
Потом давали яичницу с булкой, кофе и арбуз.
В 10 минутах пешком есть два пункта проката велосипедов.

Grand hotel. Very clean. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms are basic but good size and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Shower was only ok. Breakfast was by menu and only 2 or 3 options but it was very tasty. Staff are very friendly. It is a 15/20 min walk to the main area but it felt safe to walk. Good budget hotel

We searched for hotels in Hue that are a true value, and Soleil house is definitely that! Our room and the friendly courteous staff exceeded our expectations! Our room was about 40m², and was nicely appointed. It was sunny & breezy, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice view up the road, and a partially enclosed balcony with chairs and table. The king size bed was comfortable, and the linens crisp and clean. The spacious bathroom was nicely laid out, with sliding glass door enclosed shower. The reception and management team, Ms. Hieu and Ms. Vy were very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Ms. ?, the housekeeper, did an excellent job keeping the hotel, and our room super clean & hygienic. Soleil house is located central to pretty much everything in Hue; easy to get to the Citadel, restaurants,Tourist areas and attractions, and train station… all within 2 km radius. Talk about convenient! Free parking out front too!. We knew we were in the right hotel for our quick trip to Hue. We felt comfortable and relaxed here, and recommended it to locals and foreigners looking for a great value! Wishing all of you who stay here to have the same experience and feelings about this place, that we have! We’ll stay here again.
