The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and good cafes, but its main advantage is the very helpful and friendly staff. The receptionist speaks good English, she booked us a great tour of Hue, booked bus tickets to Phong Nha and helped with some other problems, for which we thank her very much. The rooms are quite old and not particularly comfortable, but the hotel is low priced relative to other properties in Hue, so overall we had no complaints.

I would like to share some of my feelings as follows: - The hotel is 300m from the western quarter so it is very convenient to travel. Can walk through the West Street area. The hotel offers motorbike rental and supports calling taxis and cyclos upon request. - There is a Winmart+ convenience store 30m from the hotel, very convenient for you to buy things. In addition, there are a variety of restaurants and souvenir shops opposite. - The hotel has about 20-25 rooms. There are rooms with beautiful views of the Perfume River, the rooms are decorated according to hotel standards, the rooms are clean and beautiful and are cleaned daily. - The hotel has a restaurant on the 7th floor. If you want to use food service, please tell the receptionist. - Enthusiastic and attentive reception. Always ready to meet customer requests within the scope the hotel can handle. In general, if you need anything, just contact the receptionist, they will assist as best they can. - The hotel owner is enthusiastic and likable. - The hotel supports issuing electronic invoices to customers (VAT invoice). - During this trip, staying in Hue was affected by storm No. 6 and flooded for about 2 days.
