Basic room with mini fridge .notice there's no kettle and no complimentary water which is not a big deal since I have both the bed is large enough for 3 person the biggest I ever saw in a single person room

This was our second stay at The Times Hotel. They looked after us very well and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our time with them. The manager Hieu was extra helpful as were all the rest of the staff. We are looking forward to our next stay, hopefully next year.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. owner was very kind and friendly. I would stay here again if I visit here next time.

The staffs are very friendly, especially Ms Hieu. The hotel location is near to the eateries area. No complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Every time I travel to Hue, I stay at the TIMES Hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and the manager is very friendly, responsive, and very professional. The location is perfect for exploring, and the hotel rents motorcycles and bicycles at competitive prices—don't hesitate.

What a wonderful welcome from The Times Hotel we got...pleased with the room, clean & comfortable, nothing too much trouble & help with booking transport to next destination, pleasant & smiles from reception staff & housekeeping, loaned us a kettle for the room, allowed to to leave luggage after check out until transport arrived, even offered us a shower if we needed...Lovely friendly & helpful lady on reception who went above and beyond to help with all we needed - would definitely recommend the Times Hotel - great food just opposite & few yards away, close to bars, eateries, massage & spas etc, grab bikes everywhere, 5min to main walking street and bars etc,.small shops close too - ideal place to stay in Hue - 5star treatment from start to finish
