Hotel La Perle may be a 3 star hotel but it has the soul of 5 diamonds hotel. The hotel is well situated with many amenities but the best it is its staff: always with a smile and impeccable service. Special attention is for Tho who provided us with great suggestions and support. It made our trip very memorable.

On our booking it said checking time end early, so we called 2 days before and they said not to worry for late check in. We arrived at midnight, and front desk clerk was super friendly spent time to recommend us where to go. We met different staffs the next day and they all super friendly. I definitely will be back to this hotel. Staffs helped us booked transportation to Hoi An, also helped us booked 2 motorbike delivered to the hotel. They've made our trip very pleasant.

My recent stay at Scarlett Hotel exceeded all expectations. I booked a room for me and my friend after 5 years we meet and visit Hue around. The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay. Convenient location, clean rooms, staff My and Phuong serve enthusiastically in booking cars for guests and arising problems

It was a tidy hotel not far from the tourist street. I was especially surprised that the breakfast menu was more solid than I thought. The view was good and the service was very friendly even for late check-in. I tried to stay again afterwards, but it was not easy to book because there were no seats often. Recommended.

The hotel is in an alley, which is not easy to find, but it is still a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There is a milk tea shop at the entrance of the alley. It's not far from the night market and bar street. The rooftop and swimming pool on the top floor are good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it's also in line with the price. The room is spacious and clean. The front desk is very welcoming. They even upgraded me to a room.

Friendly staff, new and lovely hotel facilities, good travel really starts from a good stay, you can walk to visit the imperial city, shopping and dining in the nearby market is very convenient, next time Hue will be the preferred hotel.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor. My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid. My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.
