入住環節特別不滿意！
整個入住流程用時35分鐘，跑了3次前台，被前台男生白眼+訓斥。
辦理入住4台電腦，開了3個，詢問中間電腦的男生可不可以辦入住，人家兩手一攤，腦袋一搖，一句話沒有。
入住先給了一個房間，進去之後的狀態如圖，根本沒有收拾衞生。
跑回前台更換房間，前台男生很不禮貌的説，你這個是貴賓樓！！意思是我是**唄，跑錯房間，我還能打開門！直到我拿出手機裏的照片，才不再白眼+訓話。
換了房間再上樓，房卡打不開房間，衹能三去前台。
嚴重浪費了我本該在温泉樂園的時間。
早餐：比較簡單，衹提供牛奶豆漿，想打一杯酸奶，被告知早餐不含。
設施：單人的水滑梯衹有四色彩道，雙人的還限制體重。泡池多，但是真的就是泡池，什麼鮮花 牛奶都沒有。
優點：前台女服務員整體態度熱情，處理問題也妥帖很多。

房間沒有空調，我們是2月2號入住的，房間浴袍口袋裡還有一張1月30號的紙質消費單，説明上一個住客走了之後根本就沒洗過直接給下一個用。
我們吃自助餐，多計費一個人，走的時候沒給我們明細單，回家之後發現不對，打電話過去各種推諉，到現在還沒解決

房間有裝修的味道，水上樂園巨冷，水温30度，孩子玩了一次滑梯後就開始流鼻涕，泡温泉的小池水看着不乾淨，服務員的態度真的迷，來回路線設定也不合理，退了房卡還得讓你繞進去給他送手環，領的時候可以前台領，退的時候這不要那不要，我衹想給扔了，無語，再也不會去了，也不推薦朋友們去

客房服務員超級貼心，水樂園玩的很多孩子很喜歡，浴區的服務也很棒，特別是浴區的領導在我洗澡的時候，還很貼心還幫我看孩子，不説不説下汗蒸房，拍照真的很出片，下次還來

設施：看介紹是今年才開的賓館，所以設施都很新！
衞生：房間衞生和走廊衞生都搞的很乾凈！
環境：整體環境不錯，就是就餐環境和服務感覺很不到位，也許是周邊比較潮濕，餐廳味道很不好，餐品少，人們夾的菜在周圍掉的到處都是，也沒有人及時打掃！
