很新的房子，價格實惠，停車、散步都很方便，步行2分鐘就是海邊，每個房間都有窗户，都能看見海景，2個廁所都是通風的，傢俱陳設都很新，整個小區管理的也很好，在春節花這個價格能住到這樣的房子，性價比很高！

房間地點在惠州亞婆灣，碧桂園維港灣，我們選擇的是不是海景，所以比較靠裏，但勝在安靜。走路到海邊大概需要15分鐘左右。衞生條件不錯，應該是新裝修的，所以房間設施設備都很新，服務也不錯，給了我們入住密碼，自行住宿。問了問題都能及時回答，很不錯，下次去玩，繼續選擇。

小區裏的套房，很新，乾淨衞生，離沙灘近，這邊沙灘海水很清，適合度假，親子住宿，套房裡面有一次性毛巾浴巾，店家態度也很好！

房間很大，光線很好，一推開陽台就面對着海邊沙灘。我們元旦晚上正好在陽台上觀看煙花。主卧裏有一個飄窗，直接看到外面的海，也非常舒適漂亮。還有一個單獨的麻將房間，很適合朋友一起住。房間和圖片基本一致，非常推薦！

提醒！到之前提前和店家確認客房地址！他們攜程地址和實際客房地址不完全一致
以前來這邊玩都是住小徑灣
結果暑假小徑灣價格暴漲愛無能
無意中發現維港灣於是前來一探究竟
這邊離小徑灣不遠，海景也不錯而且人不算多，價格比小徑灣便宜不少，不過整體配套要差很多，沙灘海水比較臟
這家店的客房在一個新樓盤，裝修很好很新，算是一線海景，景色還算滿意的，套房3間卧室還對一個機麻房！性價比超高！收拾的很乾凈
缺點就是廚房沒有煤氣灶和烹飪用具，海景其實有一丟丟擋（如圖一），外面工地施工白天很吵
相比價格來説整體還是很滿意的，五星奉上！

這次訂的三房一廳無敵大海景，2個房間都可以正面看海，陽台上的海景坐着看海泡上茶（咖啡）簡直不要太太太舒服😀連續2晚都可以看煙花，樓下好多大排檔和食市，沙灘就在樓盤對面，出食住行都方便，而且熱鬧中帶靜，不會跟太多人逼一起。這才是旅遊的意義
