首先，衞生乾淨，房主是一對兒叔叔阿姨，服務很周到和熱情，床單被套都是乾淨的，一次性拖鞋也是全新的，衞生間打掃的也很乾凈；接着，房間隔音，周圍牆體都是實體牆，隔音效果好；然後，由於這個酒店的位置巧妙設定，它既交通便利又很安靜；最後，房間設施齊全。總結一下，這個酒店是當地性價比最高的酒店之一。
