其它都挺好，就大門口那個保安，十月五號早上八點15這個路口的保安*****，我們花了這麼多錢來這住，早上走的時候還被保安罵，那個地方不能停車好好跟我們説就行了，第一次來旅遊又不知道不可以停車，保安上來就罵罵咧咧的趕我們走，什麼態度啊，差評！差評！差評！

有年份的酒店了，標的四星，按金退房時秒退。
服務：前台人員有耐心，早餐品種豐富，有特色米粉和稀豆粉
環境：在金街背後，比較安靜，走廊很長，房間比較大，風格比較老式
衞生：衞生還行，床單上有點殘留粉粒，早上七點多就開始退房清潔了
設施：停車場和旁邊的ktv、酒店共用，雖然場地大但車位有限；房間插卡後電視自動打開音量極大，熱水量大且來得快；房間內插座都有電源控制，關燈時避開插座電源；空調開一晚上最高温度也不會很熱

酒店的各方面設施還是可以的，衞生阿姨們打掃得也乾淨。但是就是前台態度非常惡劣，第一天去入住態度趾高氣昂，累了一天去入住前台那個態度就非常拉低這個酒店的體驗感，第一天晚上去拿餐券態度也十分惡劣，非常之高傲，包括退房也是。
也就是説，酒店本身設施各方米麪還是不錯的，但是前台服務實在差，所以拉低了體驗感。
希望大家能玩開心，大海草山好玩。

酒店位置不算城中心，但對於自駕出行的人來説還是很方便的，關鍵是性價比很高！去往昆明方向時選擇在此住了一晚，感覺良好。返回時專程又趕到這個酒店來住了一晚。早餐也不錯👍！以後路過還會選擇它
