The hotel is very new and spacious. The room is big. I was upgraded to top floor with great views of the city. Bed was comfy. Room was stylish. Maid was very helpful in attending my requests. All staffs were friendly and attentive and responsive. Their breakfast buffet offered wide range of food. Good coffee. I would definitely come back when I visit Huizhou again.

We are very impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. In particular with the concierge, the staff were friendly and very helpful to arrange transportation for us to travel to our next destination. A special mention to 陳珊珊 much appreciated to her attentive assistance. We will highly recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives.

Facilities: Old, but well maintained, and the quality of the building materials was still very good. Hygiene: Generally good, the musty smell in the restaurant and the moss on the exterior walls remind us that this is an old hotel. Environment: A perfect retreat, it should be a community built by Agile with great investment, but now it is a deserted city.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

I was amazed when I came to Huizhou on this trip. My friend recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel to me. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the surrounding environment to me. He was very attentive and also sent me breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and it is delicious. It is close to Huizhou West Lake. It is really good. Thumbs up
