Hotels with Breakfast in Huizhou

This is very good experience living in Kande Hotel. Excellent services and hospitality provided by front counter staffs, especially Alex , Chloe and Eric. . Thank you to all of you. We will definitely come back again on our next trip to Huizhou.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

I was amazed when I came to Huizhou on this trip. My friend recommended the Crowne Plaza Hotel to me. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the surrounding environment to me. He was very attentive and also sent me breakfast. There are many types of breakfast and it is delicious. It is close to Huizhou West Lake. It is really good. Thumbs up

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.

This time I got a suite (which is about RMB 450). The room is spacious with a dining room, a bedroom, a toilet (no shower) and a bathroom. The room itself is a bit old. The carpet and the sofa are old. Lucky the bed and pillows are clean. The toilet and bathroom are also clean, with TOTO items in them. We only spent one night and i think it is acceptable. Dont expect too much on breakfast but they have a booth for making noodle, which is very delicious.

After many years, I stayed in this hotel again. It was still a familiar environment, but it had also changed a lot. The hotel staff had become unfamiliar. It was inconvenient that the breakfast was moved to another building.

Ctrip could no longer book the room (it was fully booked), so I asked the front desk to extend my stay for one more night. Great! The service staff at the front and back are of high quality and nice. If you have the opportunity to come to Huizhou and choose it, you will recommend it to people you know.
