房間內的設施和衞生都非常好，服務也非常好，就是這個樓差點，一個5層小樓公寓就是這個酒店了，這個對景觀有要求的可能不會喜歡，公寓裏沒電梯，行李得自己搬上樓，酒店周圍的餐飲非常多，一公里多之外就是商業區，挺方便的。離景點沒有很近，但是打車方便

剛來到這酒店，進去找前台找半天，結果一羣人在打麻將，差點以為來錯地方了，環境還行，空間比較大，房子特別陰冷，空調一直開制熱，關了又開一遍又一遍，結果還是這麼冷，還有這個投影儀，真是我用過最爛最敷衍的，看場電影《爆裂點》，每次到最精彩的地方都會如圖所示的斷開，真是極度好心態，還有熱水，是電熱水，用來煲水的，水又難挑，時冷時熱，想洗個舒舒服服不被打擾的熱水就別想了，熱水一下子就沒了，就夠一個人洗的

惠州市區性價比非常高的民宿了首先是很乾凈衞生 房間佈置的很温馨 床品很好睡得很舒服 其次地段也很好距離景點方便 還有老闆的人品更是沒話説 所以非常值得推薦！

實物和圖片一致，就是通風透氣和採光不太行，整體來説性價比很高，一樓還有喝茶的地方，老闆提供充電線，人也很熱情，我很滿意，下次再去會考慮。

圖片和房間實物一致，位置很好找，交通便利，距離公交車站步行5分鐘，從惠州北站和惠州站過來都很方便，投影效果不錯，淋浴水壓也足，衞生間還配備了一次性的馬桶墊紙。
