酒店設施一般，房間很小，前台服務超級差，我們原本是**續住，後面因行程有變，取消訂單。短訊通知取消失敗，（圖三圖四是訂單取消失敗的短訊通知）我當時就聯繫了酒店，讓她們操作取消訂單。酒店讓回到酒店再處理。（圖一是聯繫酒店的通話記錄）結果我們剛回到酒店，被告知要收取續住清潔費用。也沒有跟平台聯繫進行退款處理。後面又因退款問題，跟酒店前台發生了爭吵。最後平台介入才退款的。（圖二平台跟我的通話記錄）

自助出行，來惠州想去看看葉挺紀念館，最後在網上選擇這家，沒想到給我們帶來的是不一樣感受，該酒店一般適合年輕人和出差人士，但我們體驗是該有的什麼都，智能化程度也能讓上年紀老年人接受，早餐也不錯，周邊餐飲主要是提供當地居民，很接地氣。

房間很乾凈，設施很新，完全自動化控制；位置好找，附近有很多超市和吃飯的地方；價格又實惠，真實五星推薦。還有，必須稱讚的是每一位前台小姐姐都特別禮貌熱情，尤其是小雨姑娘，這兩天是深圳、惠州最冷的兩天，每一次我們在大廳駐留，她都温柔地給我們送上一杯温暖的茶水，讓原本寒冷的天氣中充滿了温暖的氣息。
