優點，家庭四個人，二個1.5 米能住得下，房間位置在26 能看海，樓下就是沙灘，上岸就可以回去，陽台很大有衣服架衣架晚上手洗都可以幹了，缺點是衞生一般床底都是沙子，被子等都一般是換洗乾淨的我也滿意了👍，洗澡的也還比較大，總之作為海邊一晚上是非常合適滿意的 畢竟價格在，如果要有精緻乾淨衞生的感覺就找精緻酒店，這個就是一大家人出行方便的地方，老闆推薦的對面評價海鮮酒店味道還不錯，性價比一般，一個皮皮蝦一個海鮮湯，一個扇貝一個海膽炒飯 二個28元 青菜雞蛋吃了415 元，二大人二大孩子沒吃飽感覺，旁邊餐廳有大眾點評同等這麼多菜大約260 元，所以大家還是找下**大眾平價，隨便都是大幾百這個附近

適合家庭多人的來遊，樓下就是沙灘附近很多美食也不貴，沙灘來説很適合大眾，海水基本達標，但是對海水有追求的就建議去遠一點的海邊，第一次來惠陽玩就建議來黃金海岸，這邊挺熱鬧的有飛艇和遊輪也有很多人游泳，就喝的來説，那個易便利店比美宜家便宜，房間挺好的通風，沒酒店那種黴味，就是很有那那個民宿的感覺，看個人吧，如果對星級酒店有環境衞生服務追求的就建議去住星級酒店，如何是家庭方便親子或者親朋好友很熟一起來玩就適合住這個。晚上可以一起吹水去樓下搞點宵夜啤酒吃吹着海風就很適合。

房間設施齊全但比較老舊，有的窗户已經壞掉關不了。離海邊非常近，下樓3分鐘到達海灘，孩子在沙灘玩得很開心

景觀視野好，陽台就能看到蔚藍色的海景，老闆服務熱情，下樓就是黃金海岸海灘，沖浪零距離，沙灘乾淨涼風習習。
