酒店lobby 好難搵，原來是去溫泉酒店大堂check in , 大堂有水牌指示去花園酒店。花園酒店其實是公寓，有些房間是作酒店出租，有些是私人的。走廊、電梯保養麻麻，開始陳舊。
房間設施一般，有open kitchen , 只有茶包，水果盆是問先拎黎。衣櫃內籠有啲殘破，浴室算乾淨，某些位日久失修。
同樣可以免費使用溫泉和酒店早餐，享用與溫泉酒店一樣的設施，房價平幾倍！性價比都算唔錯！
不過，冇比較冇傷害！住過溫泉酒店就知貴啲都值得！

酒店很好，幫我們升級了家庭套房，一家人都住得非常開心。 爸爸打呼嚕聲音太大，這樣兩個房間睡我們都睡得很好。 太感謝了。 温泉泡池早上水是剛放的，非常乾淨，選擇也很多。 環境很好，很贊。唯一如果有大的桑拿房就更好了。

已經去過很多次了 温泉湯池很多 游泳池、水上樂園、沖浪池應有盡有，環境優美、早餐也很豐盛，小朋友每次玩到捨不得離開，親子度假首選！

酒店就在温泉上面，但是要有一段。這裡有兩個酒店，剛開始我不太理解為啥價格差了幾乎一倍，現在知道了。温泉酒店是最方便的，應該屬於碧桂園自己物業運營。花園酒店稍微遠一點，可能屬於自有物業+代業主管理的酒店式公寓。由於是鑽石會員，前台對房型進行了升級，雙床房升級成了兩室一廳，也贈送了歡迎水果。酒店早餐豐盛，酸奶特別贊。温泉區很大，泡池很多，雖然水質沒有河源那麼好，但離深圳較近，已經很不錯。

酒店房間真就是招待所的級別..600的房費真的完全不值。給他200我都嫌多！非常不推薦..温泉也是完全不值得提，第一次見到泡温泉在進更衣室門口就遞你2條毛巾，我問為什麼這麼早給毛巾，回覆我説全程就2條毛巾！無語的沒話説，後面發生了更奇葩的事情！我老公進男賓區換衣服，剛一進去就踩了一坨💩！沒錯，就是一堆屎！瞬間讓人興致全無，踩了就算了，整個男賓區見不到一個服務員！最後我們穿去自己的那雙踩💩的拖鞋都丟了！倒大黴！進入温泉區域，區域是真的大，黑乎乎的，仍然是一個服務員都沒有，感覺這估計是正在倒閉的邊緣吧？這温泉的好評到底從哪來的？我真的是呵呵噠！！給個1星都是給面子了！我要給0🌟！！！

設施：温泉還可以，不過太冷了，温泉前台小姐姐很熱情
服務：入住前台的服務態度還有待提高，希望下次能熱情點兒，或者入住指引到位
