Spacious room and well position at the side of the river. Lots of eateries, pubs and roadside joint just steps away from the hotel.

Location of the hotel is very good.
Room has issue with the air conditioning compartment. Two very irritating problems.
1. Whenever aircon is adjusted, it will follow by a very loud cranking sound inside air compartment.
2. Sudden change of temperature and air flow, the cranking sound happens again.
Point 2 is very random, not often but once awhile is well sufficient to give u a fright especially when u are asleep.
One more issue is loud banging sound happened in the night, seemed come from outside the room.
Above all, I don’t believe it’s spiritual related but these issues need to be fixed asap, causing no peaceful night of rest.
I was at level 2, room nearest to the entrance of the dining hall.
Fix it asap.

Great location, located at Shui Dong street where you can find bars and night market. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Second time here, will definitely come back again.

Location is excellent, at the heart of Hui Cheng. with food street, eateries, pubs etc. just below or near the hotel. There is a lake just beside the hotel for nice leisurely stroll or cruise.
Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive parking fees. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Reception is welcoming, helpful and service-oriented.

This is by far the best hotel in Huizhou. I have been to many stays around West Lake. It is a tiny bit more expensive than others. But I love the grand delux room with a massive view of the river. I also love the standard city view, which is not really the city view.. just an empty building. Staff is very fast and efficient. They would often place you above the bar downstairs on the right-hand side. Avoid this area at all cost if you are a light sleeper, you will hear and feel the vibration of the loud music till 4am... but the best location for food stalls. River walk, a short bridge walk to the West Lake. Etc
