這次入住體驗極差！退房時酒店前台加了我微信聯繫説阿姨查房時檢查到紙巾盒有損壞，我已經説了我沒去動過紙巾盒。退房第二早上發微信來説查了監控，阿姨做完房之後衹開給過我一個人，阿姨自己補償這一費用，就要我理解一下，讓我補償這個費用？你們阿姨説了的話就相信，我説的就是狡辯是吧？我1號晚上12點辦理入住，上廁所那個馬桶蓋都是尿嘖，還是我自己用花灑沖洗，我想着半夜也就算了，所以我就問你們，你連衞生都檢查不到位的，你們確定檢查到了紙巾盒？我是吃飽閑着去弄紙巾盒？你們枕頭套有個洞是不是我弄的？我住了這間房我就要吃這個死貓？我告訴你們，你們最好就報警，或者拿去化驗，你這個紙巾盒很明顯是敲爛的，去驗驗指紋！驗到有我跟我女朋友的，我負責這全部費用！我絕不接受污衊，這是我第三次入住，之前一直覺得不錯，這次的入住真讓我極度反感！還有你們前台這個情商跟客人溝通，簡直**，看到都來氣！以後入住這個酒店的，請自己多查看房間內物品是否有損壞，免得説不清，影響自己的心情

1、隔音太差了，能聽到隔壁房打鼻鼾，説話，開關門開水龍頭！
2、電視衹能看直播 ，不能手機投屏，不能網絡電視，需要登錄並且要給錢
3.早餐結束時間10點，9點到，沒東西吃了，差評差評！！
不會再訂麗楓的酒店！！！

1服務極差，根本沒服務有顧客的基本理念。大過年的出去找飯吃困難，所以在攜程專門訂的帶早餐的房間，結果到了酒店前台説過年期間沒餐，也沒有任何補償或者解決的方案。投訴到攜程，攜程客服聯繫後酒店仍然堅稱就是沒有早餐，也沒有任何補償方法。最後攜程自行退還了部分費用。2硬件尚可，但是房間隔音極差，半夜室外，隔壁，樓上樓下的聲音👂的清清楚楚，睡眠不好的千萬不要訂。
