I have some issues with this hotel. When I checked in they said the room I booked is not available and they put me in a free upgraded room with a projector. The next day they asked me to move to the original room I booked. I felt annoyed and it was a bit of inconvenience to move from one room to another. Both the rooms I stayed were clean and had floor to ceiling glass with a lake view The staff can’t speak English and used translator apps to communicate The location of this hotel is very good which is right in front of the lake and right behind it is the pedestrian shopping street. Plenty of restaurants nearby I would have given a 5 star rating if they didn’t force me to change the rooms

Nearby got alot of restaurant to choose. The lake located right in front of the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Hotel location quite good and strategic, just don't have a drop off or parking space for car or taxi. The staff, cleaness, amenities overall are excellent.

Not bad, would like to remind all travelers, upon booking their room (special Queen room) is the cheapest and the lousiest, receptionist will remind you of that when you check in, if you want to upgrade to a better room you may need to pay extra..and I’m not impressed by her suggestions when she mentioned the room is a “Lake view rooms”, and it’s only at level 8 is a lake view if you pay even more, otherwise location of the hotel is perfect!
