去打球訂的酒店，房間乾淨衞生整潔，樓上樓下都有温泉池，温泉池乾淨水熱👍，大堂寬敞明亮，有茶台泡茶，隨時有茶喝，服務非常好👍年後約上朋友還會再去。

酒店有故意不讓客人入住的嫌疑，兩點鐘到達卻不讓入住，有三點後才到達的，甚至還有七點後才能入住的。前台的回答是打掃衞生）我們一家1：50分到達酒店，詢問是否可以入住後，前台回覆要兩點後。由於到達時間也比較接近兩點了，我們對前台的兩點後表示了疑惑，並且説：現在不也快兩點了，還不能入住嗎？前台對此的回答是：兩點又不是兩點後！哪有這麼快，兩點後就是兩點鐘之後啊！不知道貴司對於兩點後入住的定義是什麼了，原來兩點鐘也不算兩點後嗎？那不如改成凌晨兩點後吧？由於我們帶有長者小孩，希望能夠儘快得到房間入住，所以我們對於前台的兩點後表示了質疑，前台態度仍然非常差，直到最後我們得到的答案是起碼一個小時後才能入住。意思是我們兩點鐘到達酒店，卻要三點多才能入住。更過分的是，同行的朋友居然被排到了七點鐘才入住！明明是我們客人應享有的權利卻被人説得好像是我們故意刁難！不是很清楚你們這個酒店的運作，如果不能按照規定給予應有的服務那還是趁早整改吧！

温泉和房間都不過不失吧。但是前台服務態度實在太差！我從來不寫差評的不得不吐槽！酒店有故意不讓客人入住的嫌疑！我們一家1：50分到達酒店，詢問是否可以入住後，前台回覆正在打掃衞生，不能入住，要2點後。由於到達時間也比較接近兩點了，我們對前台的2點後表示了疑惑，並且説：辦好手續就2點了，你先幫我們辦手續吧，我2點才進去就好了啊。前台對此的回答是：你不能這樣理解，2點後並不是2點就可以入住。網上寫的是2點到6點入住，並不是2點就可以讓你們入住。今天客人那麼多，哪有這麼快能打掃完，現在給個沒有打掃衞生的房間，你要不要？我住了那麼多酒店、民宿，到現在才知道，原來2點到6點入住的意思是可以6點才給房間！那我訂的到底是1天的房間還是0.75天的房間！最可氣的是，我們在2點的時候，發現有2個雙床房已經打掃出來了，前台還是堅持沒有房間，要三點多才能入住。而後來交給我們的也正是這2間房。更過分的是，同行的朋友居然被排到了七點鐘才入住！從頭到尾，酒店沒有一句抱歉！明明是我們客人應享有的權利卻被人説得好像是我們故意刁難！

房間很好，窗户對着對面的廣場，新年期間入住能看到煙花🎆，而且新年也衹是升了100塊左右，很實惠，雖然温泉是室外的，但是不限次數，而且都是一個房間用一個池子，私密性挺高的，性價比很高！！
有一個不好的地方就是房間有一面鏡子會對着床，後面是用兩瓶水壓這床上裝飾的布條遮着才好一點，希望後面能拆掉
