I would rate the hotel 3 stars max. Definitely ain’t 5 star. There are no facilities- bars are closed, executive longer closed, swimming pool changing rooms and facilities are not open. So there’s nothing to do.
The room is fine but the pillows are not comfortable, stains on bedding and towels.
I mentioned it was our anniversary but they didn’t prepare anything special like a normal 5 star hotel. Which is always a good test to see how great the customer service is in a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was low in quality, low quality coffee, not real orange juice etc. some bacon and eggs but nothing else special.

It's a great experience to stay at Huazhu Huihao Yikang Grand Mercure Hotel! The room is spacious and clean, the decoration is luxurious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the hotel. The hygiene was good, it was big, and the stay was very comfortable.
I asked for a quieter room because I had a child with me and needed a good rest. But they arranged a room near the elevator entrance for me. I had to pick up my bride early the next morning! It was so noisy~ Doesn't the front desk understand what people say?
