最大的優勢是非常接近好宜多商場，近老城區中心地帶。我是坐高鐵來的，離高鐵站也不遠。其它的還好吧！價錢就是比較便宜，房間也很大，有廚房，陽台的。

環境超優的，週邊生活機能超好，有市場，吃的買的都方便。房東發密碼後自主入住 房間內有任何問題，房東立刻處理。下次來惠陽入住首選。

房子乾淨，挺好 設施很多，有櫃子裏面還有衣服架子，洗洗衣服還有洗衣機挺好，就是衣服架子多幾個更好了就....不夠用
