鉑金會員權益升級，辦入住時忘了説了，結果給開了預訂房型，溝通後升級了套房，但並不是攜程上顯示的湖景套房，而是城景套房，房間可以説是非常老舊，牆上都是彈眼，馬桶圈也是一碰就活動，和展示照片差別太大了，而且窗户隔音不好噪聲很明顯。但由於我已經自己換了被套，懶得再換了，店家態度很好，不過建議以後這種房間就不要給客人開了，如果實在沒房也可以説明無法升級，也不要升級成這樣的房間。

位置一流，大堂唔得，日久失修而且好暗，
位置係好好，對整個湖啦，好靚呀好舒服 好好樓下酒吧街，夜位置晚有啲嘈，但係如果中意鬧嘅，喺一個唔錯嘅選擇。
隔離就係商場。可以去飲茶，行街，全部都好方便呀。
如果放衛生情況再做好啲就更好啦。
隔音都好差，要留意，因為附近喺民居，如果你係好鍾意喺屋企好大聲，或者夜晚行來行去，樓下會投訴你。

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，在23樓能看到對面華美達酒店和翡翠山天鵝湖，公寓內環境衞生很好，附近吃飯的地方很多，步行300米就是益田購物中心了，下次還會再選擇這家

位於華美達酒店側， 附近有人工湖和商埸， 周邊環境不錯， 房間裝潢也很有特色，缺點是廚房和廁所的感覺有點舊。
