You will find that the ratings of this hotel are very torn, the high score is almost full, and the low score is extremely low, but I think the low score is the real reaction of the guests. I am one of them. The conclusion is that I don't recommend it even if it is half the price. I know what the butler's reaction will be after reading my review, because these few days have been this formulaic courtesy and apology, which seems cheap and insincere. Ctrip still seems to be often unavailable. In fact, there are only 17 rooms checked in today, and even fewer yesterday. The parking lot also shows the truth. Don't tell me that it is because you have a hot spring. Many 1,000+ ones are better than you. 1. The first day was a big bed room in Wudao. This room is like an abandoned room. When I complained, the waiter said that there were not enough people and some were too late to deal with (which also proves that it is not full at all). The garden is overgrown with weeds and the lighting is insufficient (it is said to be for privacy protection, which will be discussed later). The bed is very short. I am 170 cm tall, and the pillows are kept in the stacked position of the headrest. My feet are actually outside. This is still the case after changing to a big room. 2. The hot spring private bath stops supplying water at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. If you come back later and plan to take a bath, you can't do it. If you put the water in advance, it will be cold. Many hot spring private baths don't do this. Then last night on New Year's Eve, it was even more outrageous. I came back from setting off fireworks and saw that the private bath was gone, so I filled the bathtub with water to soak. As a result, the water was cold before the whole bathtub was filled. Then there was no hot water in the whole room. I called the front desk, and the front desk said that the private bath would be opened for you, and the original words were "it will be ready in one minute". I waited for half an hour, but it was not available. So I dragged it to 2:30 and went to sleep directly. The next day, the housekeeper explained that the private bath would be opened for you again, but it would take time to come up. Then the water heater ran out of hot water because I put it in the bathtub (you charge 2500 a night for this?) I was lucky that I didn't catch a cold after all these troubles. 3. The facilities are poorly maintained. The shaky password lock, the illogical design of the electric light, the pajamas have a hole, the hair dryer has beard bubbles left by the previous guest, the network is not working, and the entertainment facilities have probably not been changed since the opening. The billiard tablecloth is more torn and dirty than the kitchen rag, and the air conditioner is not turned on, it is freezing. , the toilet does not flush. They told me that it was like this in the morning, and then they told me that the motherboard was broken. I guess they were really embarrassed. I upgraded to the tea house the next day. 4. In the room of 2000+, there was only a can of Fanta, Coke, and Wanglaoji in the refrigerator. They also told me that I could refill it after drinking. I smiled bitterly and thanked you for your generosity. In the room of more than 1000, people only had imported drinks and snacks. The breakfast was even more sloppy. The coffee machine had been turned on for an hour, and the milk tube was inserted into the waste water tank of the coffee machine at random. You went to find someone to fill the milk can. If you were not careful, the cappuccino you made would be mixed with waste water. But the tea snacks were still okay. 5. Privacy is not guaranteed. I walked from the road to the lobby, and I could see the hot springs of some small villas. My original dance room and the tea house next to it were blocked by bamboo fences, and there was a height difference. I could see the other side's pool, which was worse than many private hot springs I have visited. Of course, no one stayed next to me during my stay. 6/ The service lacks professionalism. Although it is polite, it feels wooden. No one introduces or pays attention to the services listed on Ctrip from the time of check-in to the time of departure. It is a state of "if you don't ask, I won't answer". I beg you, Ctrip, to select services more seriously. Recently, from the airport pick-up to the hotel, I have stepped on the pit several times. I fell in the hotel bathroom, and you treated it as if nothing happened from the hotel to the hotel. Moreover, the cost of trial and error is very high.
