衞生：這個衞生真差的無法説 枕頭上也有很明顯的碎屑 想重新換一套跟我説衹有被其他客人用過的了 請問在沒有清潔的情況下怎麼還可以使用
設施：洗漱用品就牙膏牙刷梳子 連個棉簽也沒有
衹有一個花灑 空調很乾燥房間裏面可以配備加濕器 洗漱用品方面除了牙膏牙刷獨立包裝其他都不是一次性的 包括毛巾浴巾 洗手枱盆下水特別慢

服務：前台小姐姐和打掃衞生的阿姨服務態度非常好很熱情

但洗衣服務有更好指引就更好，有時洗不到衣服，水龍頭不能入水到洗衣機。

這是我們繼續選擇住城市酒店連鎖店的原因，他家的設計和服務態度都是很棒的，對於消費者來説是很友好的，我是給家人預訂，我們在惠州辦事，連續多日續住後的結果，果斷的繼續選擇在他家住，不光是因為他家是連鎖酒店，更重要的就是住的貼心，服務到位，我覺得這個是很重要的。

如前台告知，臨街麪確實有點吵，好像有大貨車什麼一樣，剛好晚上喝完酒回去倒頭就睡忘記關窗，第二天一早就醒了，正好能趕上一大早的🚅

第一次房間沒有打掃好，後面換了一個新的房間，但門有點問題，開門聲音很大異響，晚上光腳下床，床邊有小石子還是粗的沙子，磕到腳非常的難受，應該是打掃時候沒有打掃乾淨，服務還行，就是磕到腳，兩天了腳底還是有點痛
