就一個家庭旅館，該有的設施沒有，不該有的也沒有，環境差，衞生臟亂差，空調不是製冷，是製造噪音，價錢超貴，門沒有反鎖，無安全措施，攜程作為平台，要做到監督的義務和應該負有的責任，寧缺毋濫，不和要求的不要上架，不要為了一點利益壞了口碑

看了網上宣傳，吹噓30層海景房，看上去蠻高大上我們還特地追加270度海景觀房，入住的大門一般**志很難打開，門已下沉，打開後房內一股潮濕黴味，一下子心情跌到谷底，原本考慮錯峯出行性價比會有所提升，然而這家讓我們失望透頂，房內電器插座幾乎都壞的，網絡時有時無，衞生間手紙就一小卷，飲用水就二瓶，這樣的房子，住一二天還能承受，要是住上三天以上我會瘋掉的，自認倒黴吧。

房間的海景超級無敵了，樓下整條海岸線都收在眼底，還能看日出，天氣好的時候，對面烏山頭綠道的棧道都能看到，開車幾分鐘到達烏山頭綠道停車場，租自行車可以沿着綠道踩到小徑灣，沿途的風景真的很美，路程5公里多，不停下來休息的話，25分鐘可以到小徑灣，到了小徑灣有很多吃的，逛一逛吃個飯，原路踩單車返回租車點，我連續住了一個星期，附近還有個海鮮市場，就在泡泡海隔壁，那裡有很多海鮮大排檔。

這個位置也好找，不過公寓樓下不是這個名字，所以會看不見，公寓裏面房間🈶冰箱，就是空調製冷不好，樓下就是沙灘可惜不給游泳，所以這裏近沙灘也是沒意思的。建議訂接近熊貓黃金海岸那邊的公寓比較好，從我們這裏過去那邊要又30分鐘才走過去可以游泳的沙灘，雖然可以開車過去，但是你開車過去樓下可能就沒停車位啦，這邊的沙灘都是免費的，這邊的沙灘浪不大，不夠海陵島那邊的浪大，就是人相對少，本人還是覺得海陵島那邊好玩一點就是遠咯。吃的全部都是**的套餐。所以不存在水魚不水魚的。這邊沙灘晚上大亞灣的沙灘太安靜了。不好玩。
