The exterior of hotel is not aesthetically beautiful. The bedrooms are well appointed n clean. The location is in the middle of a village. Hard to get a taxi. Staff are not well trained especially the breakfast staff. The cook at egg station prepared over fried eggs and is not happy to cook to order. Service staff clears freshly brewed coffee left on the dining table when one goes to get other items. Very wasteful. Will not go back to this hotel again.

Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel. The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others.

An old four-star hotel, located in Xiapu, Huizhou City, with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation. The overall impression of the hotel is high cost performance. Room facilities: The hotel rooms are relatively large, and the standard room area is about 30 square meters. The deluxe double room we booked is 42 square meters, with 2 1.8-meter beds. The room is spacious and the mattress is comfortable. The room facilities are complete, including free tea bags and mineral water. Some rooms have cloakrooms and carpets. The room has good sound insulation. The overall decoration is retro and warm. The only thing that feels bad is the room layout: a bed facing a large mirror. Catering services: Breakfast is provided in the hotel, and the buffet breakfast is rich in variety and high in quality. There are morning tea restaurants operated by the hotel downstairs, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Parking facilities: There are parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, but the parking spaces are relatively tight, and large car parking requires certain skills. The hotel is close to the main road, and there is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, with convenient transportation.

We were a party of 5 and our stay was very pleasant. Staff was very helpful and good value for the money. Not much amenities within hotel but outside there’s plenty. We stayed a total of 12days. Breakfast was very basic. Location was extremely convenient and beautiful. Glad we stayed here. Thank you Mr. Chen and colleagues for your hospitality.

Excellent hotel with modern design making it become a unique stay. The front desk is well trained and provide excellent service. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I definitively strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite well maintained although the carpet is old. Facilities are adequate and daily room service provided. Towels, used disposables are changed daily and bottled water, tea are replaced. Room is big, air cond, hot water, water pressure all good. Bed is comfortable and linens clean. Location opposite hospital and near West Lake. Food available in surrounding. The local buffet breakfast, though simple, is adequate and healthy. The girls manning the front desk are sweet, polite and helpful. For the price we pay, this is an excellent hotel. However, we didn't like the light smell of second hand smoke in the room as smokers are permitted to smoke.

Too busy before, did not make a timely evaluation. I don't know how many times I have lived. The choice of more than 200 yuan in Huiyang District is the best quality here. The location of the city center, not far from Gaochun Station, the surrounding facilities are complete.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience! The hotel's front desk service is impeccable. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive, making me feel the warmth of home the moment I checked in. The room facilities are all available, especially the washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for long-term travelers like me. The room was kept very clean and tidy, which made me feel at ease staying there. Breakfast is a highlight, with rich variety and excellent taste. The Cantonese-style snacks made me feel refreshed. In short, this hotel performed well in all aspects. I strongly recommend it to other travelers, and I believe they will do the same as me. Have a great stay.
