1. Airport pickup communications ok via WhatsApp. But hotel ordered taxi instead of using own car as car broke down. Wrong pickup time to airport although reconfirmed 30mins before. 2. Room -insufficient lights -no hot water for showering, or out of order? -TV was there- also out of order. -no lift in building, not suitable for those with problem walking upstairs. -toilet paper placed on towel rack as no toilet paper holder in toilet. - no shower curtain so whole bathroom is wet when showering. -Aircon feels warm even when turned on to 20c on high wind. - dirty floor towel/mat. -safe in room locked and no buttons working -phone not working -room wifi very slow/almost not working.
