Popular Hulhumale 4-star Hotels

This hotel turns out to be out of expectation was it is located in Hulhumale (a less busy city compared to Male). The service was great from the moment we got down from the airport transfer. Not to mention, they took the initiative to contact me 1 day prior for airport transfer, the experience was pleasant. Though the room lighting is slightly dimmed (usually we liked bright white lighting), but overall stay in experience was great!

Transitional stay at Malé before we go to the island. Staff all very friendly . Lobby is very cosy, love the music and lemongrass scent in the lobby waiting area. Restaurant located in level 7 rooftop, very beautiful view , cosy environment. Breakfast has sufficient choices, more western style, food tastes not bad . Location very near to beach , convince stores , Central Park . Only thing is the room is smaller than imaging, may be similar in Malé , not sure . But bed is comfortable . Also they provide free transfer to airport , very convenient. So overall satisfied with the stay.

Chose this hotel for a night stayon the main island before departing Maldives as it’s facing the beach and decent price . Though small, room is clean and aircon and water heater worked well . Breakfast is decent .

We used Samann Host for a transition stop for 1-night and I was happy with the trip. Met at airport and driven promptly to the hotel. We got in late and woke-up early due to seaplane departure, but they were nice enough to make two breakfast takeaway bags for us. I'd recommend.

[Hygienic] There is hair on the head of the shower... The sheets and pillows are not very clean. Other health conditions can be tolerated. [Facilities] The sound insulation is too poor. At 6:00 in the morning, I heard the baby crying next door, and adults teasing the children. We ran around for a day and didn't lie down until 2:00 in the morning. We couldn't sleep. [Service] Not bad, but please don’t ask the clerk to change the change. The clerk changed all the 100 US dollars into Maldives Lufiya, and didn’t spend it all (swipe the card after going to the island). The local bank will not exchange US dollars before returning home, because There is no receipt to exchange Lufia at the bank. So this cash is still idle in our hands after returning to China. (The clerk did not change it on the spot, but charged us our money and asked us to wait for a while before coming to us... Our English is not misunderstanding, and it was too late that day, so we didn't bother with this matter anymore) US dollars are commonly used in Maldives. [Environment] The beach is right outside the hotel, and the surrounding small streets are a bit special, so you can just stroll around. [Others] We ordered a breakfast package. The breakfast is in the restaurant next to the hotel. You can choose anything from coffee toast, as well as local specialties such as tuna, red curry, and burritos. They taste good. [Traffic] From Male Airport to the hotel, the taxi costs 6-7 dollars, and the hotel clerk can help you call a taxi.

The breakfast buffet is almost 100 RMB. The younger brother who looks at the store is very humorous. It can provide the travel plan you want and arrange it for a fee. The living environment is similar to other folk customs. The facilities are just like that.

The room is small, clean and hygienic. The so-called sea view is not worth mentioning. The beach at the door is not bad. You have to bring your own toothbrush, so if you are in transition, you can choose cheaper nearby. During the epidemic, it was 1,000 yuan in Male. I don’t know how much money it usually costs.

Stunning hotel! Clean and tidy, great location (right on the beach, the best spot to watch the sunrise). We had an early flight and breakfast was specially prepared for us. The free airport pick-up was punctual and considerate! Especially the service, every staff member has a bright smile, is serious and responsible, and can communicate with us in simple Chinese, so we feel the sincere service! I will book this hotel next time I go!

The highlight of the hotel was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which we appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, the room fell far short of expectations given the price we paid — with dilapidated wallpaper, a rusty door handle, and poorly maintained fixtures such as a soldered tap. The towels were particularly old and unpleasant, reminiscent of those found in budget accommodations in India. While breakfast was included, our request for a packed breakfast due to an early checkout was declined. Instead, we were served a disappointing plate of toast, eggs, and a single sausage. Dinner was equally unsatisfactory, as every item we ordered, including fried chicken with chips and fish and chips, was inexplicably and overwhelmingly spicy.

The service staff were enthusiastic and patient. They didn't give tips but were still very enthusiastic. However, I had to take a water flight at six o'clock. I was promised that there would be breakfast in the morning, but they didn't give me a seat in the morning. The beach is right at the door. It's beautiful and you can swim! The room is small, but the basic facilities are complete, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is no problem to spend one night. Overall good review
