差的不能再差了。看看這床品，這都是剛進屋沒使用的，還有，我訂的是超大床的房，給了我一個普通大床，你是不是應該問問我給我退差價的事！你連提都沒提一嘴，我也真是懶得跟你掰扯了，再也不會去的民宿！

一般儘量不給差評！但是這家是在是太差了！！差到開了眼了！！！！住第一天就想跑了！1.基礎設施差！！沒有空調，葫蘆島五一期間温度在10-18攝℃，晚上最高衹有10℃，睡覺超級冷。衞生間沒有暖風，洗澡超級冷，男生都受不了。衞生間也不放捲紙，捲紙能有多少錢，得虧自己帶了。最奇葩的是衞生間的燈是感應燈！省電到這種地步嗎，坐着拉屎都要時不時喊兩聲，要不就摸黑吧！最後是電視不好使。2.從早到晚全是噪音！！！民宿隔音超級差，整個一層關門聲都能聽到，而且聲音超大，房間刷卡門非常薄，都沒有自己家卧室門厚，隨便踹一腳門就碎了，不安全。有個旅客阿姨晚上11點在二樓説話，吵到睡不着覺，清晨也被這個阿姨説話聲吵醒，像生銹的大鑔。還有其他各種聲音，隔壁房間一早上就開始裝修！早上5點公雞打鳴！本來出來玩就累，還不能好好休息，還有鵝叫！3沒有任何服務，好像欠老闆錢一樣。看顧客不順眼就別開民宿了。最後，整體的感覺就是農村自建房，一晚370的價格，這個價格在加十幾塊夠選一個環境好太多的住處了。本來預訂後平台顯示可以免費取消的，後面本人找到了更好的住宿，想退掉這間，不讓取消預訂了，實在是坑，不會再來了，也望大家避雷

房間整潔衞生，房東叔叔和阿姨熱情好客，環境優美，滿園飄香，如此美好的心情孩子考試也非常順利，附近還有一衹可愛的牧羊犬孩子太喜歡了，每次經過都會出來打招呼，下次有機會還要來。

設施：房間空調看起來不太好使，不確定有沒有正常開啟，不過這個温度室內蓋被子睡覺不用空調也沒關係。廁所燈好像是聲控的，會自己關掉哈哈。地板有一點舊
衞生：衞生還行，滿意，窗台櫃子都沒有積灰，馬桶有清潔水
環境：別墅區僻靜優美，背靠龍背山公園，離海邊也近，出門走個4-5分鐘級可以坐公交市內穿行，葫蘆島整體都很小，打車也方便
服務：夫婦倆每次見到都會熱情招呼我們吃小梨兒喝熱水，退房那天車次在下午，退房後讓我們把行李寄存在大堂，提供枕頭水果沙發休息，喜歡和我們嘮嗑

説實話真是難為老兩口了，也挺熱情，但是服務真的跟不上價格。房間沒瓶水、衞生間沒紙、電視機看不了、WiFi時有時無、噴頭是壞的、陽台上的凳子一層厚厚的土。。。。。。
