A highly recommended hotel. If you come to Hulunbuir, you must stay here. The transportation is convenient. There is Lubuli Restaurant downstairs. It is also very close to Genghis Khan Square. The hotel has a long history and many leaders have stayed here. The breakfast is also rich, the decoration is grand, the service is great, and the room facilities are also very satisfactory. You can go downstairs to eat Lubuli when you catch a flight at noon. It feels great. I don’t like to write reviews, but my partner said that I must give it a full 5 points.

I found it on Ctrip and it's ranked among the top ones. It's really reliable! The customer service is considerate, friendly and natural. Check-in, get more water for tea, delay until 2 o'clock and other requests are all responded quickly. I called for water and slippers and they were delivered within 3 minutes twice. There are also souvenirs that are a little surprise! The subtleties and details show the professionalism of the hotel. I came to Hailar and drove to Genhe and came back to stay at this hotel. I was not satisfied with the previous meal at the Garden Hotel. The breakfast is also good.

The ceiling of Hailar Hotel is clean and comfortable overall. The surrounding functions are good. The breakfast is much better than expected. The dishes are a little different from other Hampton Inn hotels, but it is really good. This is a highly recommended hotel in Hailar.

There are many business districts, and the ancient city is behind (this day was booked for the convenience of the next day, so it is very convenient to eat and shop on the last day). Service: The ladies at the front desk are very professional. Although I haven’t seen a hotel that still collects deposits for a long time😂, the service is very thoughtful and the response is very timely. Environment: The bedding is very comfortable, very clean and comfortable, the bed flag is beautiful, and it has a Mongolian flavor. The room is also well decorated, and the heating is too much😂 The breakfast food is similar to the all-season (I went late, so there was not much), but this restaurant is really too big, the largest restaurant I have seen since staying in the hotel is not an exaggeration😂

Disadvantages: There are two pillows, but they are both high pillows, which loses the meaning of two pillows. They are usually equipped with high and low pillows, which is not friendly to people who cannot sleep on high pillows. The water heater only works if there is electricity in the room (someone inserts the card to check in), which is a flaw. The water boiled very slowly. I thought the water heater was broken. I originally wanted to take a shower when I checked in in the morning and then go out for a walk. However, after waiting for an hour, it was still not hot, so I had to come back and wash it again in the evening.

The bed and quilt are very comfortable and there is no smell. This is very important. After all, the most important thing about the hotel is sleeping. The restaurant is exquisitely decorated and the ingredients are very rich. I ate in the hotel restaurant for three nights. But the breakfast buffet is really not suitable, and it is not suitable compared with other supporting facilities of the hotel. It is good to find such a hotel that can actually be non-smoking in the mainland, and overall it is quite satisfactory.

The room is large, the children like it very much, and the facilities are complete. The main thing I want to say is that the sound of the sewer pipe is too noisy, basically did not stop all night, and there are curtains, which are not tightly blocked. There is a big gap to transmit light. I designated it for one night and the experience was particularly bad. I won't book this room again next time, I'm booking the room 510 with toys and small tents.

I checked in wearing a hat and didn't leave the hotel. I just changed rooms and lost my belongings. I can only blame myself for being careless and bad luck.
