位於小區內，環境安靜也單純。離海拉爾火車站非常近(步行10分鐘以內到達)，非常適合要搭火車的旅客。附近飲食店及超市都有，所以算方便的。房間空間大且通風良好，設施齊全，有開放式廚房、冰箱、電視、洗衣機，沒有冷氣但有提供電扇，整體房子乾乾淨淨的，住起來非常舒服。大力推薦!

地方不是太好找，停車相對比較困難，離火車站很近，周邊早餐很方便，住宿條件一般，整體衞生還可以。
交接方式有待改進，可以改成密碼的。就省得還得等人送鑰匙。

房間很大的公寓。但是卻有一股很難聞的氣味，我觀察了房間，並沒有地毯等容易有味的東西，不知為啥。用品也不全。車停小區外。
