設施陳舊，前台服務很好，地理位置不錯。看房間時房門是大開的，看床單是乾淨的就入住了，出去玩兒了一下午，晚上回來一開門，滿屋的怪味兒（走之前特意把窗户打開了），衹得打開房門通風，直到睡前才把門關上。原本想房間基本滿意就住下了，忍受不了那種異味，衹得另換酒店了。

賓館整體環境微微陳舊，但不影響！有電梯！服務態度挺好！房間內空間合理，衞生基本可以，沒有異味，基本設施完善！衞生間還有吹風機可以使用這點不錯！缺點：各別房間空調可能不太好用但配了電暖器還可以，各別衞生間設施老舊壞需要更換，例如花灑！門鎖有時候不太靈敏，配置不全的及時跟服務員要或者換房！總結：賓館整體不錯，設施有些陳舊！建議地毯可以換一下影響美觀對於鼻炎來講有點起灰！

實惠確實是實惠，這個價位也沒有什麼太高的要求，屋裡不是很暖和，一直開着電暖器也沒覺得熱，總體來説中規中矩

酒店位於成吉思汗廣場南側，挺好找的，房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺一點也不吵。服務員態度很好，有問必答。就是地毯有些老化陳舊了，該換了。
另外。沒有床頭燈，需要下床到門口才能關燈。這一點不太方便。

非常差，住過的最臟的酒店！價格也不是很便宜 ，一進門就有一股味道，地上有不知道什麼水果的種子，地鐵非常臟！！床品也非常臟！其中一張床中間還不平，根本沒辦法睡，枕頭有一股煙味兒，沒辦法衹能枕着衣服睡的，被子也不敢蓋！要不是趕路肯定會換酒店的！海拉爾這麼美麗的城市，沒想到酒店這麼差勁.！
