The garden-style hotel is large and the rooms are clean. It was already very cold in Hailar during the National Day holiday, but the room heating + air conditioning still felt a little warm 😁. Tianjiao Hotel has a low rating of 4.2, because the hotel I stayed in was fully booked when I came, so I booked Tianjiao. Before I checked in, I thought that the hotel was a bit old and the facilities would be old, so I was a little nervous. After checking in, I found that booking Tianjiao was the right choice. The garden is large and the location is good, which can be seen on the surface. Let me talk about some details. First, the front desk reception and customer service staff are very professional and enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to upgrade the room type. Second, the room service responds quickly and is available on call. Third, the room is spacious, elegant, and clean, and it feels like a newly renovated. For this reason, I specifically asked the front desk whether it has been renovated. The front desk replied that the reception building was built in 2014 and has not been renovated later. Let me talk about a detail, that is, the shower faucet in the bathroom will have water stains after a long time, but Tianjiao's will not be seen, and it is bright and new. The back of the large shower head on the top of the shower room is against the ceiling, which is not easy to clean. Generally, there will be dust in hotels, but Tianjiao is spotless. I feel that Tianjiao has achieved the ultimate in management, service, cleanliness, and comfort, which is rare in the industry. Next time I go, I will stay here again.

The room was very big and there were several buildings nearby that were being renovated. ✖️The downside is that the mattress is too uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on a spring. I fall asleep at 1 o'clock and wake up at 4 o'clock.
